The City of Fort Worth water utility is committed to meeting the needs of its customers. To do so requires understanding how customers currently view the utility and what their needs are now and in the future.

The utility is conducting a customer satisfaction survey through ETC Institute to learn how customers view the utility and what the utility can do to better serve its customers. The goal is 1,600 responses, with 200 from each City Council district. ETC Institute randomly selects the customers receiving the survey.

Customers may receive an email or a letter in the mail asking them to complete the survey either as a hard copy or online. The email request is from ETC Institute. A postage-paid return envelope is included in the mailing for returning paper copies. Spanish-speaking customers can complete the survey by calling a phone number at the bottom of the cover letter.

Customer who receive this survey request are asked to complete and return it as soon as possible. The final results will be shared with the City Council and city management.
