Is your dog calendar worthy? The North Central Texas Council of Governments is accepting submissions for the annual Doo the Right Thing calendar contest.

Take the pledge to always “doo the right thing” and pick up after your pet, then submit a photo of your dog(s) before June 30. An online vote will be held to determine who is selected for the 2020 calendar.

The contest is used to promote the importance of picking up your dog’s fecal matter as it is a health risk to other pets, people and wildlife and can create water quality issues.

Submit your dog’s photo.
