With 300 units on 3.45 acres, Encore Panther Island will provide all the latest amenities.

Encore Enterprises of Dallas broke ground on Encore Panther Island, a thoughtfully-designed multifamily community along the planned canals north of downtown Fort Worth.

Located at the intersection of Fourth and North Main streets, the 300-unit community will be within walking distance of Panther Island Brewing, Coyote Drive-In and Panther Island Pavilion.

The property is located on Panther Island, a Trinity River Vision project aimed at creating an urban waterfront community north of downtown. Encore will be the first multifamily development on Panther Island.

Residents will enjoy amenities such as waterfront balconies, an infinity pool with cascading waterfalls, a state-of-the-art fitness facility and a top-floor lounge featuring views of downtown.

The first section of the Panther Island canal system will be built in conjunction with Encore Panther Island. In addition to their stormwater relief function, the canals will provide a continuous public boardwalk along the water’s edge.
