Will Rogers Memorial Center gets a new logo

New logo for Will Rogers Memorial Center
The new logo was created by Ray Gallegos with Utility Design Co.

Will Rogers Memorial Center has a new logo that features its most notable structure: Pioneer Tower.

“While we love the western heritage of Fort Worth’s Molly logo, we needed to develop a better sense of identity for Will Rogers Memorial Center,” said Kirk Slaughter, Fort Worth’s director of public events. “Will Rogers Memorial Center has become one of the most significant equestrian event centers in the world, and since we are marketing to and competing for the top equine events from across the U.S., we feel it is important and the right time to create a better sense of visual identity with a new logo and rebranding.”

The architecture, history and Art Deco style were fundamental features in developing the new logo, and since Pioneer Tower is Will Rogers Memorial Center’s most notable structure, it made sense to feature it in the new mark.

Ray Gallegos with Utility Design Co. created the new mark and logo.
