Victory Forest Community Center 'soft opening' set for Jan. 8

Victory Forest is Fort Worth's newest multipurpose fitness and activity center.

The day that many residents in south-central Fort Worth have waited for has finally arrived, as the brand-new Victory Forest Community Center is set to soft open to the community on Jan. 8.

Public tours will be available beginning Jan. 2, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 6-8 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays and from 10 a.m.-1 p.m. on Saturdays. Those interested in scheduling a tour should contact the center at 817-392-8200.

Victory Forest is at 3427 Hemphill St.

Early-bird fitness memberships

Victory Forest fitness membership sales have already started in time for the holiday season, with an “early-bird” discount that’s 20 percent off standard rates until March 3.

With this discount, Fort Worth residents can purchase an annual fitness membership at the new community center:

  • Youth (age 17 and under): $96.
  • Adults (age 18-59): $120.
  • Seniors (age 60 and up): $96.
  • Families (five members per household): $352.
