Texas Rangers spreading holiday cheer through Cowboy Santas

Toy donations can be dropped off downtown, at Globe Life Park or at police and fire stations. Then on Dec. 18 from 4-7 p.m., the Rangers sponsor a Cowboy Santas toy drive with current and former Rangers, family activities and an appearance by Santa.

Kenneth Morgan named Fort Worth water director

Kenneth Morgan, who has experience in water and wastewater, including management roles at several utilities, is the new director of the Fort Worth Water Department. Morgan starts work in Fort Worth on Dec. 11.
