Food Handler Training

Food-handler training classes are conducted at 818 Missouri Ave. Please arrive 30 minutes before class time to register. Attendees must register 30 minutes prior to the beginning of class. Registration ends five minutes prior to class, and there will be no admittance once registration closes.

Fee for the class is $16 per person, payable by cash or credit card. No personal checks will be accepted.

Class size is limited to 40 people. Please do not bring young children to class.

Monday

Morning session

  • 8:30-8:55 a.m. - Registration
  • 9-10 a.m. - Class time

Afternoon session

  • 1-1:25 p.m. - Registration
  • 1:30-2:30 p.m. - Class time
  • 3-4:30 p.m. - Mobile food vendor inspections (Appointment required.)

Tuesday

Morning session - Spanish class only

  • 8:30-8:55 a.m. - Registration
  • 9-10 a.m. - Class time
  • 10:30 a.m.-noon - Mobile food vendor inspections (Appointment required.)

Afternoon session - Spanish class only

  • 1-1:25 p.m. - Registration
  • 1:30-2:30 p.m. - Class time

Wednesday
